Account

When you create an account, we store your username and a one-way encrypted hash of your password so you can sign in to the dashboard and the app. We cannot see or recover your password.

Profile photo

If you upload a profile photo, we store a small cropped copy on your account so it can show in the dashboard. You can replace or remove it at any time from Account.

Email at checkout

When you buy Ocho, we collect the email address you enter at checkout so we can complete the payment and deliver your license.

License checks

Activating and validating your license key sends the key and a hardware id to our auth API so the product can work. That is required for licensed use.

Optional analytics

If you enable “Enable sending of analytics” in Settings, Ocho may send anonymous usage signals such as:

• App open / version
• Install, upgrade, or uninstall actions
• Roblox channel in use
• Package download failures
• Crash log summaries (when reporting is allowed)

Events include a device hash so we can count unique users. They do not include your Roblox password, cookies, or chat content.
